80 MILLION PASSENGERS

In December 2025, Volotea celebrated a milestone of carrying 80 million passengers.

420 ROUTES, +100 CITIES, 18 COUNTRIES

In 2025, we will operate more than 420 routes, with more than half exclusive, and connect over 100 small and mid-sized cities in 18 countries at competitive prices.

21 OPERATING BASES

Volotea currently operates from 21 bases: Asturias, Bari, Bilbao, Bordeaux, Brest, Florence, Lille, Limoges, Lourdes, Lyon, Marseille, Montpellier (from November 2026), Nantes, Naples, Olbia, Palermo, Rodez, Strasbourg, Toulouse, Venice, and Verona.

EXPECTED 44-46 PLANE FLEET

We operate an all-A319 and A320 fleet, projected to grow to 44–46 aircraft in 2026.

All our Airbus fleet have on-board entertainment service, with a wide range of movies, series, TV shows, newspapers, magazines, music, and content for the little ones. In addition, they have LED lights that represent a qualitative improvement for our passengers as well as energy savings and maintenance costs.

Unlike other companies, we have ample reclining seats, arranged in rows 5% wider than the average of European companies, which allows our passengers to enjoy the flight in a more comfortable and relaxed way.

Awards

Volotea was recognized by Skytrax in its global passenger satisfaction survey as the “Best Low-Cost Airline in Europe” at the 2023 and 2024 World Airline Awards. We also won Europe's Leading Low-Cost Airline award four times at the 2021, 2022, 2024, and 2025 World Travel Awards.

VOLOTERRA, OUR SUSTAINABILITY PROGRAM

Since we started flying, we have launched more than 50 initiatives to reduce the fuel consumption of our aircraft, achieving a reduction by the end of 2024 of 51% of our emissions per passenger kilometre flown, reaching this milestone six years ahead of schedule.

We are further strengthening our commitment by setting a new target to reduce direct emissions per passenger kilometre by 55–60% by 2030, compared to 2012.

Since 2022, we have started introducing Sustainable Aviation Fuels (SAF) in our aircraft. We collaborate with manufacturers and the industry so that these fuels can be further developed and generalized as soon as possible. Discover all our actions and how we contribute to sustainable travel here.
